Fingerprinting
IdentoGo Identity Services are offered by IdentoGo® within the Susquehanna Computer Innovations, Inc offices in South Williamsport, Monday through Friday from 8AM until 12PM, and every other Saturday from 8AM until 12PM.
In order to get fingerprinted, you must first get your Service Code from your employer or the Agency requiring you to get finger printed then register with IdentoGO® either by clicking here or by calling the PA Customer Service Number at 1-844-321-2101.
FAQ
- Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are strongly encouraged however walk-ins are accepted. Those with appointments are given priority because of the large volume of people needing to be fingerprinted, so walk-ins may have to wait longer.
- Can you tell me my service code?
No – Service codes should be provided by the agency requesting the fingerprinting. The site staff do not have access to these codes.
- Do I need to bring anything with me?
Yes – You will need to provide a valid photo ID, such as a Driver’s License, Passport, Visa, Military ID, etc. School IDs are not a valid photo ID.
- How do I pay?
IdentoGO® accepts checks, money orders, and all major credit cards. The site staff cannot accept cash as payment.
- Can I register at your location?
No – Registration must be done before you come in. You can register by going online here or by calling the IdentoGO® PA Customer Service number: 1-844-321-2101.
- Can I schedule or change my appointment?
Yes – If you made an appointment that you can no longer keep, please reschedule or cancel by
clicking here or by calling the IdentoGO® PA Customer Service number: 1-844-321-2101.
The site staff cannot schedule or reschedule appointments.
- When will I get my results?
The intake site staff do not have access to any results. You can however check your status here. or by calling the IdentoGO® PA Customer Service number: 1-844-321-2101.
